Renewals and user additions are handled by the Onsite team directly. Contact your account manager or reach out with your registered mobile number. You can also request add-ons like Tally integration, Zoho Books, or additional users at the time of renewal. Read the full guide →
Onsite supports multiple GSTIN numbers under one company account. Go to Company Settings and add each GST number as a separate branch. When creating a project, select the relevant branch so all invoices and transactions for that project use the correct GST. Read the full guide →
Onsite subscription payments fall under Section 194J of the Income Tax Act (fees for technical services). The applicable TDS rate is 10%. Deduct TDS on the base invoice amount before GST and deposit it to the government. Provide your TDS certificate to the Onsite team after deduction. Read the full guide →
Onsite subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable once activated. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Auto-renewal can be stopped by contacting the support team before your renewal date. Read the full guide →
Use the Finance tab at the company level to record overhead and office expenses that are not part of any specific project — such as rent, EMIs, interest payments, or head office expenses. These entries appear in company-level financial reports separately from project costs. Read the full guide →
