Refund and Cancellation Policy — Onsite Teams
Onsite subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel a prepaid monthly or annual plan, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.
Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at Onsite’s sole discretion.
Auto-Renewal
All Onsite accounts are set to auto-renew by default. Onsite may automatically charge you on or after your renewal date unless you cancel the service before the renewal date.
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your subscription before the renewal date by contacting the support team in your company WhatsApp group.
Rate Changes
Onsite may revise subscription fee rates from time to time. You will be informed before any revised amount is charged.
Payment and Taxes
- You are responsible for paying all applicable fees when due
- You are responsible for all taxes, excluding taxes on Onsite’s net income
- Onsite will charge tax where required by law
- Accounts with past-due fees may be suspended or terminated
If Something Goes Wrong
