Not necessarily. Most of our roles — sales, customer service, engineering, content — do not require prior construction experience. What matters more is strong fundamentals in your area, a willingness to learn the domain quickly, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients. We will teach you everything you need to know about the construction industry as part of your onboarding.
