– Group Housing with 15m & above height falls under “High Risk” Category (Time 30 Days)
2. Warehouses and Godowns
– Under 250 m2 and 15m height falls under “Very Low Risk” Category (Time- 10 days)
– Above 250 m2 up to 2000 m2 (category A) and below 15m height falls under “Low Risk” Category (Time- 20 days)
– Up to 2000 m2 (category B) and below 15m height falls under “Moderate Risk” Category (Time- 20 days)
– Above 2000 m2 (category B) and below 15m height falls under “High Risk” Category (Time 30 Days)
3. Other Buildings
Every other building that is to be built falls under the category of either “Moderate Risk” or “High Risk” depending on the area and height. The time period for sanction can be 20 days for moderate risk and 30 days for high risk.
Terms and Conditions
– The Building Permit remains valid for 5 years and if the building construction is taking more than 5 years, the building permit should be renewed.
– The unauthorized colonies are not sanctioned but if you have unauthorized regularized colonies, you can get bldg. plan sanctioned (online).
– In specialized areas or village abadies, the road access should be maintained as per Regularization Plan, Development Plan and DDA Notifications.
