Process / Documents to Obtain a Labor License Telangana (Contractor)
– Process:
1. Getting Labour License Telangana contains simple two step procedure where an contractor need to submit the application under “Form IV”
2. License gets issued.
– Documents:
1. Form No IV for application
2. Copy of Form No II
3. Certificate by Principal Employer
4.Notice of commencement of work
5. Copy of work order
6. Joint undertaking by Principal Employer and Contractor.
– Fees:
1. For 5-20 Employees is Rs 350
2. For 21-50 Employees is Rs 500
3. For 51-100 Employees is Rs 1000
4. For 101-200 Employees is Rs 2500
5. For 201-400 Employees is Rs 5000
6. For 401 and more Employees is Rs 7500
For Building & Other Construction Workers Act
– Process:
1. Fill the form
2. Submit for Registration
3. Issue of certificate
– Documents:
1. ID Proof of Employer Establishment
2. Address Proof
3. Notice of Commencement of Building
– Fees:
1. For up to 100 Employees is Rs 1000
2. For 101-500 Employees is Rs 5000
3. For 501 and above Employees is Rs 5000 + 5000 for additional 500 personal
Terms and Conditions
– For Contract Labour Act (Contractor), it takes 30 Days from the date of submission as per Citizen’s Charter.
– Security deposit challan-Every contractor shall deposit an amount of Rs.500/- for each contract labor towards Security Deposit in SBH.
– For Building and Other Construction Workers Act, it takes 15 days from the date of submission of the application as per Citizen’s Charter.
