Highest Real Estate Sale: TARC & its FY24 Collection

TARC, one of the largest real estate development companies, has broken the previous records by having a pre real estate sale of Rs 1612 crore and by having Rs 415 crore for FY24 collection. They are having a huge sale and high demand in the Luxury residential segment mainly in Delhi and Gurugram.

In central west Delhi in the month of January 2024, TARC Kailsa launched by KARC had the Rs 4000 crore total potential revenue. With the excellent response, Phase 1 is already sold out.

With such success, TARC decided to launch TARC Tripundra in June 2024 with the potential revenue of Rs 1000 crore. In the next 12 months, they will open it for customers to buy. Other than that, the company is also launching a new project in Gurugram. With such high success, TARC is entering a new financial year with dedication and confidence.
