Labour Licence

When a contractor has 20 or more 20 laborers working for him, then it is mandatory for the contractor to get a labor licence registration. If the number is less than 20 then he can continue his work without the labor licence. There are two types of Labour licenses that are issued, One for the Principal Employer and the other one for the Petty Contractor. The licence can be applied on state-wise government e-portals or by going to the state-level labor office.
