Many Contractors have this question in their minds that what is Pre-Bid Meeting in a tender? Pre-Bid meeting meaning is that it is a meeting which, the client arranges after the site-visit. This is a common meeting of all the bidders to clear the doubts or queries from the bidders. Contractors have to study the tender documents and prepare a list of all the queries and doubts regarding the technical, commercial and other aspects of the sites. After preparing this report, the bidder submits this report to the client before this meeting.
