This is an ordinary meeting of all the bidders to clear the doubts or queries from the bidders. Contractors have to study the tender documents and prepare a list of all the queries and doubts regarding the technical, commercial, and other aspects of the sites. After preparing this report, the bidder submits this report to the client before this meeting.
