Job Description

Sales Manager will be responsible to drive our B2B sales activities, gaining deeper customer insights and ensuring a smooth sales process. Be able to build a scalable sales team, and right set of systems and processes consisting of multiple channels and sales methods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive free user to paid user conversions through sale of premium plans.
  • Increase user engagement to drive premium user conversions.
  • Gather insights on potential use cases for Paid Plans conversions.
  • Drive Sales Analytics for an efficient and focused user messaging.
  • Manage team of Tele sales representatives.
  • Drive setup of new sales channels for the company.
  • Call select users to drive sales and gather sales insights

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of Sales experience
  • Experience in driving sales, manage sales targets and manage team
  • Bachelors or Masters in any field
  • Strong focus on customer relationship, understanding their business, their core pain, their needs
  • Strong Analytical skills and be proficient with MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Interpersonal skills, negotiation & convincing skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
