Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive on a Permanent basis in our team to schedule the demo calls with new clients and solve customer queries if any. This is a unique opportunity to work in the sales team and be a part of an exciting growth journey.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Schedule demo calls with the new clients.
  • Drive sales of the company's software products through calls.
  • Attend customer queries over the phone and provide solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, (any 2 with Hindi & English).
  • Communication in Hindi and English are a must.
  • Online Customer support skills are a must.
  • Must have personal Laptop and Android Mobile.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
